| Trey is the oldest of the Thomas boys and competes in the steer riding. Starting on muttons at 5, he quickly moved up to calves and now to steers. Along the way, he has been a winner in each event. He has been a finalist and award recipient in the Texas Christian Youth Bull Riders, Professional Youth Bull Riders, and the Texas Youth Bull Riders. Along with this, he has also qualified to compete in the World Youth Bull Riding Finals. Trey loves everything about rodeo and the cowboy way of life. He raises livestock projects for 4H competition and is very involved in the family cattle operation. One of Trey's goals is to break George Paul's record of 79 consecutive bullrides.
